Tuesday it was a group of ladies looking for the expensive homes.

Bill and I: Over on Rubio and 17th $400K homes are being built.

Ladies: No expensive homes.

Bill and I: Well on that lot 14 units are being built.

Ladies: No $1M homes.

Bill and I: Well the row houses on Convent/17th took maybe $800K. and their are some multi-units down the street from there.

Ladies: Oh no, we were told single houses.

Bill and I: Ok, for $1.2M you can have our places.

Ladies, Bill and I: Chuckles all  around.
